Changing the conversation…

Literacy is an equity issue, one that is critical to the success of our students. Because of both the lack of proper evaluation and intervention in the public schools and the subsequent cost of seeking them privately, many students with dyslexia are denied their right to an equal education. It is not only critical that we help for their sake but also ours, as these children represent our future innovators, scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs.

Our Dyslexic Edge Academy program launched on October 21st at two AHC locations. At each location, a group of students are receiving one on one tutoring using the award winning IMSE curriculum and our talented staff is doing a wide variety of exciting STEM enrichment activities with everyone!

To make this program a success we need your support! This program will be fully funded through grants and corporate sponsorships so that students will attend at no cost to their families. Currently, we are looking for individuals and organizations who would like to join us in our mission to level the playing field for ALL students with dyslexia, regardless of socio-economic status.
